Subprocessors

To operate HostAgentics Cloud, we engage the following subprocessors. Each processes data only to the extent necessary to provide the service, under written data-processing agreements. We will update this page before onboarding new subprocessors that process customer data.

Infrastructure hosting

Contabo GmbH (contabo.com) provides the compute and object-storage infrastructure for customer runtimes and their encrypted backups. Each runtime is isolated in a dedicated container cell on a managed VPS shard. Railway PBC (railway.app) hosts parts of the HostAgentics control plane. We remain responsible for runtime configuration, isolation, encryption, backups, and monitoring.

Payments

Stripe (stripe.com) processes payments, manages subscriptions, and issues invoices. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

Transactional email

Resend (resend.com) delivers transactional emails (verification, invoices, notifications, password reset).

AI model routing

OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) routes AI requests when you use HostAgentics AI credit. When you bring your own provider key, requests go directly to the provider you selected (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), which are then subprocessors for that processing under their own terms.

Observability (operational)

We use privacy-respecting error and analytics tooling for operational purposes. Logs are redacted of secrets before leaving the control plane.
