Hosting and AI inference are separate cost categories. Your fixed plan price includes only the stated monthly HostAgentics AI credit (OpenClaw and Hermes: €5; Complete: €12 shared). Unused credit does not roll over. When credit is exhausted, new AI requests pause — your runtime stays online and your data is preserved — until you top up (€10 / €25 / €50 / €100) or add your own provider key (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Nous Portal, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint). You are never billed for AI usage after the fact.
Tax, cancellation, and limits
Prices are shown in EUR before VAT. Where tax applies, it is calculated and displayed at checkout. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; service continues until the end of the paid period. Hard plan limits never cause surprise charges: when a limit is reached your data is preserved, new work is paused, and you are offered an upgrade path. Monthly transfer warnings are sent at 70%, 85%, 95%, and 100%.
