Terms of Service

1. The service

HostAgentics provides managed hosting and orchestration for workflow engines (n8n) and autonomous AI agents (OpenClaw, Hermes Agent). Each plan provides one or more managed runtimes at a fixed price.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the credentials, API keys, and channel tokens you connect to your runtimes, and for activity conducted through your account. Keep your sign-in methods secure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use runtimes to violate law, harm others, or attack third-party systems. We may suspend access where we reasonably determine a serious violation, and we will tell you why.

4. Fixed pricing and no overages

Plans are billed monthly or annually in EUR (plus applicable tax) via Stripe. Hard plan limits never generate surprise charges: when a limit is reached, your data is preserved, new work is paused, and upgrade options are offered. Monthly transfer warnings are sent at 70%, 85%, 95% and 100%.

5. AI usage

Hosting and AI inference are separate. Plans include a monthly HostAgentics AI credit that does not roll over. When credit is exhausted, new AI requests pause until you top up or add your own provider key. We never bill AI usage after the fact.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the customer portal. Service continues until the end of the paid period, after which your data enters a retention period before deletion. You may export your data during retention.

7. No SLA yet

HostAgentics does not currently offer a formal service-level agreement. Status information is published at status.hostagentics.com for informational purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostAgentics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
